Phyllis is a REALTOR® in NH and has achieved certification as a Buyer Representative and is also trained to work with seniors. She understands the unique lifestyle, housing and financial needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+, and she knows when to refer her client to another professional for their best interests and to protect their assets.

Phyllis is also trained in home staging and recognizes the importance of helping homeowners showcase their homes for results! She has the knowledge and the tools to assess a property and then present that property to maximize appeal to buyers and to speed up the sales process - often with little or no expenditures or financial investment by the homeowners.

Phyllis partners with her husband Steve, who is also a licensed REALTOR® in NH & MA; together they form the Brown Home Selling Team. Steve and Phyllis are both Listing Specialists. They focus on getting homes sold, and often list and sell homes that other agents have not been able to sell.

Phyllis joined Steve in his real estate practice 7 years ago; she brings an extensive client-oriented mindset from her former career in Nursing. Having worked for 30 years, closely with ill children and with the parents of children having very complex medical needs, Phyllis won accolades for high-level service. She is organized and efficient, and provides research and follow-up services to ensure you have a smooth transaction!

The Brown Team provides real estate services in the Merrimack Valley region of Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, which includes parts of Rockingham, Hillsborough and Essex counties. Their most frequent area of business centers around Derry-Salem-Windham, and extending (north) to Concord, (east) to Hampton, (south) to Andover, Mass., and (west) to Amherst, NH.
