Alison started her real estate career in 1987. She has focused on residential real estate in both new construction and resales, including working with relocation buyers; and is a certified buyer broker. Alison brings to her real estate career a long history of compassion and caring for her clients, from the beginning of a relationship to long after the end of a sale. She continually educates herself on what’s new in the industry and how changes affect her customers and clients. Alison resides with her husband Jerry and daughter Paige in Derry, where they are all very active with Kid’s Coop Theatre - whose mission is to provide a venue for children to showcase their abilities as actors. Alison has also been active with the local PTA since 1998.

Work Experience:

January 1987 - December 2008: Carlson Real Estate-Sales Associate

Associate for one of the biggest independent real estate companies in New Hampshire. Alison worked with national relocation companies and assisted with sellers moving out of the area as well as buyers coming into New Hampshire. She gained expertise in new construction, condos and re-sales, and continues to maintain relationships with past clients and have many listings and sales as a result of her referral business.

January 2009 - May 2010: Homes of New Hampshire-Broker Associate

Broker Associate, performing many functions, including assisting clients in listing and selling their single-family homes, condos, land, new construction, short sales and bank-owned real estate. She also advised clients in contract negotiations, marketing property, advertising, setting up marketing plans for clients, and direct marketing to the general public. Alison serves the southern half of New Hampshire as her primary focus, but has experience in the entire state.
