Diane prides herself on the high level of personal attention and service she has been able to provide to her clients and looks forward to doing the same in her role as Office Manager. Diane proudly joins the team and brings to her role a great attention to detail, superior organizational skills and an understanding of what it takes for each and every real estate transaction to be a success.
Diane holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. For the past several years, she has been a licensed salesperson in both MA and NH, serving residential clients in Southern New Hampshire, the Merrimack Valley and beyond. As a salesperson, Diane earned the prestigious 100% Club Award and was a Silver Award winner for the top producing Team in sales/volume.

Carrie Gable
Marketing Manager
Carrie has given her clients the support they need by combining her creativity, passion and common sense approach to offering high tech solutions. Carrie’s background allows her to assist RE/MAX Insight real estate professionals with the vast number of internet marketing tools needed to aggressively market their clients’ properties. Utilizing technology and innovation, Carrie creates processes and standards for our clients in order to automate many day-to-day activities.
Carrie received an Associate Degree in 1994. She is a Certified Real Estate Professional Assistant (NAR designation), a Certified Real Estate Support Specialist, a Certified REALTOR.com Virtual Assistant, and a Certified SettlementRoom.com Virtual Assistant.
When Carrie is not working, she and her husband Ryan raise their two children Alix and Noah; and enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Jen Miller
Marketing Manager
Jen graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising. While at ISU she refined her skills on many of the programs and software she uses for RE/MAX Insight marketing projects. She incorporates a clever and innovative approach with cutting edge technology, to present our real estate professionals and clients with impressive flyers, postcards, brochures, email blasts, and visual tours; just to name a few. Recently, Jen has spent more time focusing on custom website design, marketing and management for her clients. Jen and her husband Justin bought their first home in November of 2007 and they’re enjoying married life and being first time homeowners.
Chelsea Laliberte
Listing Coordinator
Chelsea received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Integrated Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations, from Roosevelt University in Chicago. While studying, Chelsea worked in two real estate offices where she developed a strong interest in real estate marketing. At these organizations Chelsea made lasting first impressions and built invaluable relationships while greeting guests, driving marketing initiatives and sustaining office cohesion. Chelsea’s passion and talent for writing allows her to dream up amazing ad copy for her clients’ listings. With a genuine interest for Facebook and other Social Networking websites, RE/MAX Insight will look to Chelsea as a “Social Networking Guru” and she has created several marketing “how-to” videos and educational write-ups for her real estate professionals and their clients.
She considers a previous 6-month professional experience in London to have been life changing; and feels blessed to have lived in such a beautiful, historic and vivacious city. Chelsea’s personal interests include spending time with her family and friends, reading and listening to music.
Megan Quinn
Listing Coordinator
A graduate of Columbia College in Chicago, with a Bachelors of Art in Marketing Communications and Public Relations, Megan worked for a successful rental real estate property management company where she maintained the master database of clients and wrote copy for email marketing campaigns. She also handled the design, implementation, copy writing and production of newsletters and marketing presentations, resulting in significantly increased traffic and showing appointments at all properties. Before diving into the real estate world, Megan was a Marketing Assistant for a reputable software company, where she was responsible for all trade show and event planning.
Her invaluable experience in marketing, accounting, fundraising, public relations and executive-level support, aids her in providing superior services to the RE/MAX Insight real estate professionals and their clients. Megan was born and raised in the Chicago, IL area and she enjoys traveling, volunteering, working out, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.

Erica Parpan
Closing Coordinator
Erica is responsible for RE/MAX Insight’s Closing Coordination. She handles all the details of the buying and/or selling transaction from contract to close. Her main goal is to ensure a smooth closing process.
Erica strives to stay on-top of the newest real estate technology and marketing options so that we can continue offering cutting-edge services to our real estate professionals and our clients. Erica’s valuable experience, fresh viewpoints, adaptation skills; and her experience in a technical-savvy environment, make her a powerful asset to our team! When Erica is not working, she and Ron enjoy spending time with their daughters Kaelynn and Brianna.
Lori Hildebrandt
Closing Coordinator
Lori comes from a family of real estate agents, and she has provided superior marketing and administrative support to her real estate agents. She has the expertise and experience in supporting largely-staffed real estate organizations with their contract and closing coordination needs. Lori’s love for Math has also helped her to succeed in creating monthly absorption rate reports for several of her clients, in various markets.
In addition to her vast experience in our field, her fresh ideas, positive outlook, and willingness to go that extra mile, help ensure the overall success of our real estate professionals and our customers. Lori’s personal interests include horseback riding and dancing, both of which she has been doing since she was 4 years old. When she’s not working, Lori gets no greater personal joy than spending time with her 4-year old daughter Kailee.
